Good for you buddy! Elimination diets were a big help for me, particularly carnivore, to get the nutrition balance right. Herbs for digestion were big too. And, lots of energy work. Gut stuff is a process so stay positive and patient. But eliminating stressors is the most important thing so these are huge realizations. Props!

Thanks bro and the reminder to be patient was needed. Actually been down on myself since writing this that I still kinda feel like shit, but it's not going to just get better overnight. Monodiet keeps being suggested for a cleanse, I'll have to try that. Really appreciate everything you've been dropping lately too, I read it all soon as it drops. Powerful shit.

I know the feeling man. It's a long road, or at least it has been for me, but you get wins along the way and need to stay positive and remember how negativity, stress, etc store in the gut. So, stressing out about your gut makes the gut worse. It's a bitch. But like I said, stay positive, celebrate small improvements, and keep at it. And thanks so much for reading brother, I super appreciate it!

Stay healthy. In addition to the kimchi and kefir, maybe look into natto too, if you haven't already.
